Fees:

Due to the wide variety of services we offer, it is always best to discuss your particular needs with us to negotiate what will fit within your budget.

Technical Support & Training

On-site technical support and troubleshooting rates are negotiated on an individual basis, depending on the complexity of your particular situation. Rates for technical training or instruction at your home or office can be for a "one-time" or "on-going" basis. Typical rates are between $50-$75 hourly with a two-hour minimum dependent on driving distance.  Please contact me for more information on your technical support, troubleshooting, or training needs.

Production & Editing / Design & Creation

These services require individual consideration. Certain Design & Creation projects may be more complex than others, and require more time. Upon gaining a better understanding of your particular needs, we can quote either an "hourly" , "per-session", or "project" rate.  Typically, a 50% "upfront" fee  is payable at the start of the project with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
